eBay Policies and
Conditions
These are the policies and
conditions for all our eBay auctions. There is nothing
out of the ordinary that separates us from many other auctions but
you should read these nevertheless. Your bid on an item constitutes
an acceptance of all policies, terms and conditions.
ALL
AUCTIONS
All auction items will be
described in detail as much as possible. But there may be a time
when the description might not be enough information. We will be
happy to answer any and all questions about the item with your
timely email. We will also send you additional detailed
descriptions, scans and item histories. This help is here for you to
minimize any problems that came about after the sale. If necessary,
special arrangments can be made to view the item in person. All
material is guaranteed to be genuine. We offer no reproductions
unless explicitly stated.
BIDS
Vintage Sports
Investments reserves the right to cancel any bids on
any item. If you have feedback less than 10, it is advisable you
contact us for permission to bid or risk bid cancellation.
We WILL issue negative feedback
for non-payment and
make your name and email available for all to see on the item's
relist as well as adding you to THE LIST . We feel it is our
responsibility to notify the eBay community as to all problem
bidders.
PAYMENTS
Payments are due within
10 days of auction end. After this time additional reminder email
may be sent to encourage your more timely payment. After
15 days we reserve the right to use eBay's Billing Reminder Service as
a method of collection. If payment or contact email on your part is
not received by 20 days, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and
issue any negative feedback we see fit and future bidding priviliges will be revoked. We
ship as soon as possible and pride ourselves
on a quick turnaround for our customers.
Vintage Sports
Investments accepts Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, personal checks and money orders. Please do not send
cash. We will not be responsible for its arrival. All charges have a
$50.00 minimum because of the increasing
fees incurred by us from the credit card gods. We don't like it as
much as you but they are a necessary evil. A NEW
PAGE has been added for submission of your credit card.
Just go to the SECURE
PAYMENT Page link and enter your credit card number with no worries. This new option give our customers another chance to pay
quickly and get their winning lots even faster.
RETURNS
Vintage Sports
Investments will accept returns for any
non-graded card or item of memorabilia up to 7 (seven) days from
payment only
if the item is not as described in the items description. Any other returns
for this type of card or memorabilia will be at our
discretion.
Items need to be returned in its
original condition. Your refund will be issued within 3 days of the
items arrival to our offices in the form in which you paid. If you
paid by check you will be issued a check. If you paid by credit
card, your credit card will be credited. All returns will be for its
total price minus shipping costs.
GRADED
CARDS
There are no returns
on any graded cards or cards slabbed in a graded card
company holder. This includes but is not limited to the following
companies:
PSA, SGC, BGS, CSA, ASA,
PRO, USA, CEX or CGA
Any grading discrepancies you have with the
card should be taken up with the particular grading company. This is
why cards are graded and why we pay the fees to have them
graded. The grade applies all condition responsibilities to the
grading company. Most reputable grading companies will guarantee their
product and offer money-back guarantees if the grade is not what
they say it is. Check with that particular company.
SHIPPING
We ship by the US Postal
Service in bubble wrap envelopes. We have found this to be the
most reliable and safest method to use. Higher value cards will be
sent Priorty Mail. All packages are shipped insured either by
VSI or USPS. Insurance is included in the final bid price
sent to you by email at the auction's end.
